David Ayuuya Ayeliga is a development professional based in Accra, Ghana, currently supporting policy and stakeholder engagement for Northern Ghana at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). As founder of AgriYouth Network Ghana and a member of the European Union Youth Sounding Board, David is dedicated to youth empowerment, inclusive rural development, and sustainable agriculture throughout Africa.
With extensive experience leading agricultural training and research initiatives, David has empowered more than 300 rural farmers, 40% of whom are women, with sustainable practices and access to resources. He has played key advisory roles in national and international development policy forums, where he provided evidence-based recommendations and championed marginalized communities.
David is committed to bridging the gap between local realities and global policy, uniting governments, civil society, and international organizations to drive positive change for Africa’s youth and rural populations. (Ghana, Africa)
