we are recruiting for three positions within The Dove Foundation for Global Change. These roles offer the opportunity to contribute to meaningful initiatives and work alongside passionate changemakers.

1. Social Media

Role: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms to raise awareness of our campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies.

Create and schedule engaging content that highlights our programmes and campaigns.

Monitor social media channels, respond to messages, and engage with our community.

Analyze performance metrics to optimize outreach and engagement.

Requirements:

Creative and skilled at producing a variety of digital content for different platforms.

2. Legal Connect (Domestic Violence Programme) Caseworker

Role: Support survivors of domestic violence through our Legal Connect programme, providing guidance, referrals, and case management.

Responsibilities:

Work directly with survivors to assess needs and provide support.

Connect clients with legal, social, and community resources.

Maintain accurate case records and follow up on client progress.

Collaborate with the broader team to improve programme delivery.

Requirements:

Background in social work, law, or related field.

Experience supporting survivors of domestic violence.

Empathetic, professional, and able to handle sensitive information.

3. Global Campaigners Moderator

Role: Facilitate the Global Campaigners network, ensuring smooth communication, collaboration, and engagement across members.

Responsibilities:

Organize and host biannual calls for the network.

Support members in sharing resources and advocating effectively in their local communities.

Monitor online platforms and foster a positive, collaborative environment.

Provide updates, guidance, and support to campaigners as needed.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Experience in community management, advocacy, or programme facilitation.

Passionate about youth leadership and global collaboration.
